Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Vice President of People to lead a four-function HR organization and report to the Chief Operating Officer in hybrid Los Angeles. You will build the compliance architecture, legal risk infrastructure, and talent systems that support a $150M+ operation. You will own California labor law compliance, wage-hour risk, and employee relations at scale, driving culture and strategic people initiatives across 2,250 staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Woodcraft Rangers
