Rare Disease Hemophilia Account Specialist - South Florida

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive hemophilia portfolio growth through strategic engagement with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hematologists, and key opinion leaders in South Florida. The role combines promotional activities, disease education, and patient access support within a remote-field structure.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement through in-person interactions with HTCs, hematologists, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Build compliant relationships and deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use
- Support patient access by providing prior authorization, reimbursement support, and co-pay information
- Leverage product and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Execute and optimize territory activities using digital tools and data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ with high school diploma)
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
- Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel as needed
- Specialty sales experience in hemophilia or complex disease states preferred
- Strong understanding of biologics, specialty reimbursement, and key opinion leader engagement
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary plus sales incentive bonus
