Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing recognized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to deliver holistic care.

• Participate actively in monthly case consultations, sharing insights and discussing innovative approaches to enhance treatment quality.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand mental health disorders, treatment options, and relevant community services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at The Non-Ordinary Mind Healthcare, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
