This position is primarily remote, allowing our clinicians to work from the comfort of their own homes while providing essential counseling services to clients in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, identifying their strengths, challenges, and specific needs to create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, ensuring each method aligns with client goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions as well as group counseling, facilitating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and coping mechanisms.

• Provide vocational, experiential, and family counseling/coaching, where applicable, to engage the client’s broader support system in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Document all client interactions, treatment goals, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with emerging practices in social work and hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will specifically engage with adults facing terminal illnesses and their families, providing compassionate support during a critical time of transition. Our clientele often experiences a range of emotional responses, including grief, anxiety, and depression, necessitating a therapist who is empathetic, skilled, and patient-focused. Clinicians will need to adapt their approaches to meet clients where they are in their emotional journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with opportunities for annual salary increases.
