Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in a salaried kitchen management role in a restaurant
Experience managing annual sales volume of $2 million or more
No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years - we value your loyalty and dedication
Hands-on leader with most recent management experience in a scratch kitchen environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding food and team leadership
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
High energy and a true passion for hospitality and team development
Experience in fast-casual or high-volume casual dining concepts
