Facilities Tech (ONSITE)

Job Overview We are seeking a self‑directed Facilities Technician to support operations at the Anaheim Hills facility. The role involves managing facility work orders, shipping & receiving activities, and supervising contractors for building and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for the facilities group at the location Engage in projects involving physical facility and logistics (shipping & receiving area) Build office furniture and coordinate moves for employees and new hires Handle all facilities work orders and shipping & receiving requests Assist site employees with facility requests and work with the property manager to resolve issues Supervise and escort outside contractors for construction, maintenance, and repairs of utilities, buildings, and equipment Lift up to 25lb without assistance; anything over 25lb requires assistance Qualifications Required HS diploma or 2‑year degree (AA/AS) or equivalent post‑high‑school training Minimum 2years of experience in facilities, logistics, and shipping & receiving Handyman experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Proficient with hand tools and proper usage U.S. citizenship required (U.S. citizens only are authorized to access certain necessary systems) Preferred Ability to build furniture – chairs, desks, and other office furniture Self‑directed and motivated with strong problem‑solving skills under limited oversight Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Compensation Salary range: $45,600 – $79,800 USD per year.
