Jr. Accountant Irvine, CA 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1084 Job Summary: The Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting with internal and external audits. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare financial reports and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements Support the accounting team by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data Respond to internal inquiries by providing accurate financial information Assist with financial audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with subsidiaries Review daily transactions processed by A/R and A/P and provide backup support as needed Support financial planning and budgeting activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on accounting‑related matters Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills in both English and Korean Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong sense of responsibility and dependability Company Overview: SENA is a global leader in innovative communication systems, offering advanced connectivity solutions for adventure enthusiasts and professionals.
