Pay & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $500,000 (0-3 years experience), up to $600,000 (7+ years)
• Potential bonus up to $75,000 annually
• One-time signing bonus of $50,000
• Relocation stipend up to $15,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced vascular surgical care, including open and endovascular procedures
• Manage conditions such as aneurysms, carotid artery disease, and peripheral vascular disease
• Lead the development of a community-based vascular program
• Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and radiology
• Participate in program expansion efforts, including recruiting additional staff and transitioning to hybrid operating rooms
• Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention
• Serve as a clinical faculty member with Ohio State University, with opportunities for leadership and mentorship

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Proven experience in vascular surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, quality care
