Must Haves

• More than 7 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development, configuration
• Experience with the following Technologies on Microsoft Cloud (MS): MS Dynamics 365 CRM, MS Power App Portal, MS Power Automate, MS Azure Services, MS Azure Attachment Storage
• Hands-on Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud
• Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Portal Applications, Including experience with: User Access and Profile Management, Role Based Data Access Control

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Description

• Honours and Awards Case Management System (HAACMS) Application Sustainment
• The Application is in sustainment mode. Defect Fixes and Minor Changes are being made to the HAACMS Application as per client needs.
• 2500+ applications are received and processed by ministry staff annually.
• Note: This contract will require the consultant to work from the office location 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.
• Analyze Client Requirements and provide recommended solution options.
• Update Architecture Artefacts, Functional & Technical Design Artefacts for the HAACMS Solution as required.
• Administration & Management of Changes in the Cloud Based Environment(s) [DEV, UAT, PROD]
• Providing hands on design, implementation and configuration of solution compliant with OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS)
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer Session(s) for the Internal Project Team

IT Solutions Development

• Authentication and Authorization Integration for Public Users (External) & Ontario Public Service Users (Internal)
• Application Status and History Management; Application Web Forms; Document Management (Upload, Download & Virus Scanning)
• Provide score for candidate's application; Provide/Review comments to/from Selection Committee Members
• Case Management Life Cycle Management; Email Management; Correspondence Management; Document Generation (Certificates, Letters etc.)
• Event Management (Planned Ceremonies, Invites, Attendees Assignment etc.); Migrate the existing data to the new solution database
• Design, Configure and Implement end to end Sustainment / Minor Enhancements for SharePoint Online for Document Management

Systems Integration & Reporting

• Design, Configure and Implement end to end Sustainment / Minor Enhancements for Integration with OPS Service(s)
• Integration includes: Postal Code Lookup, Microsoft Office 365, IAA Solutions, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Email
• Design, Configure and Implement end to end Sustainment / Minor Enhancements for Microsoft Power BI for Dashboard and Reporting
• Provide Packaging, Deployment and Migration Strategy for all 3 Cloud Based Environment(s)

Skills (30%)

• Hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing public facing portal(s), case management system using Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365 on cloud, Azure AD, Power App Portal

Deliverables

• Analyze Client Requirements and provide recommended solution options.
• Update Architecture Artefacts, Functional & Technical Design Artefacts for the HAACMS Solution as required.
• Produce design documents for all assigned deliverables related to maintenance releases.
• Contribute to and Participate in non-development/configuration activities, namely but not limited to, documentation updates, presentations, testing plan development.
• Contribute to the Quality Assurance Activities
• Collaborate and Coordinate with all Project Stakeholders involved to ensure smooth and timely completion of Project Activities/Deliverables
• Provide Packaging, Deployment and Migration Strategy for all 3 Cloud Based Environment(s)
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer Session(s) for the Internal Project Team
• All Other Tasks as assigned by the Cluster Manager, Project Manager & Technical Lead.
