Specialized IT Consultant

Our Client is looking for a Senior Specialized IT Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to support the enhancement and integration of a large-scale case management solution.

The successful consultant will work on integrating the Investigative Case Management Solution (ICMS) with the Child Care Licensing System (CCLS), including the development of inbound and outbound APIs, application enhancements, security integrations, document/attachment management, reporting, and cloud deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technical solutions
Create and update functional and technical design documentation
Design, configure, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365-based case management solutions
Develop APIs for inbound and outbound integrations between enterprise systems
Build and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and API Management
Implement Azure-based attachment/document storage integrated with Dynamics 365
Configure user access, role-based security, authentication, authorization, and document management
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
Support testing, QA, defect remediation, deployment, migration, and production sustainment
Ensure solutions comply with AODA, Ontario Digital Accessibility Standards, OPS security requirements, and GO-ITS standards
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and development teams
Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for internal teams

Architecting, designing, and implementing cloud-based case management systems using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Integrating Azure Storage with Dynamics 365 for attachment/document management
User access and profile management
Role-based data access control
Authentication and authorization integrations
Document management solutions
Third-party or enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations
Security, authentication, and encryption services
Designing and developing Azure Logic Apps and/or Function Apps
Developing Power BI dashboards and reports
AODA / Ontario Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) compliance and testing
