Your Mission as a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator is to Earn Customers for Life - you'll assist in boosting our Used Car inventory by identifying acquisition and upgrade opportunities for customers who come through our Service Drive. You’ll guide customers through every step of the exchange process, upholding our golden standard of customer service. NO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will train the right candidate! What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles. Must be comfortable with making outbound phone calls. Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset. Self-starter mentality with a hunger to Improve Constantly and exceed goals. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Most of all, a team player mindset with the passion and drive to Have Fun!
