Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to each client’s needs for stress reduction and emotional wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors, psychological challenges, and therapy goals, creating personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises and meditation sessions, guiding clients through strategies that foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building techniques.

• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions to effectively address varying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to develop holistic treatment strategies that cultivate overall well-being for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who are seeking assistance with managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may include individuals facing life transitions, family issues, or mental health diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create a supportive, calming therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
