We're representing a rapidly scaling company in the insurance industry that is on the cutting edge of leveraging AI to transform enterprise service contracts. With a focus on building an outbound sales engine, this company is poised to tap into a massive market with a high-value product offering. As a member of their sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing a strong market presence.
What You Will Do
- Drive pipeline for high-value, AI-enabled enterprise service contracts exceeding $500k in annual contract value.
- Own the entire outbound sales process, utilizing cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn outreach, and industry conferences to secure meetings.
- Build and expand target account lists that align with the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify and nurture high-value revenue opportunities for senior sales representatives.
- Collaborate in the development of new sales playbooks, testing various channels, and scaling effective strategies as one of the first SDR hires.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified leads.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a competitive and resilient mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with enterprise sales processes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Background in building sales strategies or playbooks in a startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
