OpenMind builds the brain and infrastructure for robots that work alongside people. Our OS runs across quadrupeds, humanoids, and wheeled platforms, and we deploy them into real operations. We are a fast-growing team backed by leading investors, and we are moving robots out of our lab and into paying deployments.
About the Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you will build the top of OpenMind's sales pipeline. You will find the organizations that need robots, start the conversation, qualify the opportunity, and work with our Business Development team to close it. You will work cross-functionally and will help shape how we sell into new markets.
What You Will Do
Build and execute outbound campaigns into our priority markets
Research target accounts and run multi-channel outreach
Qualify opportunities on use case, budget, decision process, and timeline
Own the accuracy of the CRM for every account you touch
Feed buyer objections and market signals back to the product and marketing teams
Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
What We Are Looking For
Strong written communication; you can write a cold email that gets a reply
High output and resilience; you are comfortable with volume and rejection
Curiosity about robotics and AI, and the ability to explain why a robot solves a specific operational problem
Self-direction in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
