Key Responsibilities

Connect with the public to gather complaint details and assess jurisdictional alignment.

Read and interpret Florida State Statutes to evaluate incoming filings.
-
Draft official written updates and provide resource referrals to constituents.
-
Track, log, and close out cases in internal document management databases.
Must-Have Qualifications

Statute Interpretation: 1+ year reading & applying Florida State Statutes (Required)
-
Public/Customer Experience: 3+ years in a professional setting (Required)
-
Complaint Analysis: 1+ year analyzing public complaints (Required)
-
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Required)
Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Hands-on experience with Versa or OnBase platforms
-
Bachelor's Degree
