Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Athena's Hope, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, effectively engaging a diverse clientele with varying emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborating closely with our psychiatric providers to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies, ensuring an integrative approach to healthcare.

• Utilizing automated tools and assessments to monitor client progress, implement evidence-driven adjustments to treatment plans, and document outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which simplifies workflow and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Creating detailed assessments and personalized treatment plans that address client goals and progress regularly.

• Participating in ongoing support and consultative opportunities with our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Your clients will range from adolescents aged 13 and up to adults and couples. You will work with individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
