Role Description The Bookkeeper role at Anderson Carr is a part‑time, on‑site position based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring proper documentation for audits and tax‑related activities. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the leadership and administrative teams to support budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with internal controls. The role requires consistent attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Bookkeeping and Finance skills, including routine transaction management and account reconciliation. Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and basic analysis of income statements and balance sheets. Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related digital tools used for data entry, reporting, and record management. Candidates should possess knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting), including accurate coding, posting, and documentation of transactions.
