Are you a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a multi-faceted Site Services role. You will be the "boots on the ground" ensuring our client's office runs smoothly, from mail distribution to hospitality and equipment maintenance. As a Site Services Specialist, you are responsible for the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure total client satisfaction through efficiency and reliability. Qualifications
- Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Less than one year of related experience (entry-level candidates welcome!).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and technical knowledge.
- Soft Skills: multitasking abilities, time management, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling.
- Schedule: Ability to work overtime (OT) as required.
- Compliance: This is a customer-facing role.

education: High School Responsibilities General Operations & Customer Service
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for management and clients via email, phone, and in-person; promptly escalate potential problems to supervisors.
- Documentation: Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are accurately recorded.
- Adaptability: Attend cross-functional training to provide coverage during staffing shortages; remain flexible as site responsibilities or locations may shift based on client needs.
- Mail Handling: Sort, deliver, and process all interoffice mail, newspapers, and USPS mail.
- Tracking: Log and track accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail) and messenger items.
- Logistics: Receive incoming shipments, verify piece counts, maintain records, and secure customer signatures.
- Hospitality: Set up food and beverages for meetings and restock pantry supplies and conference rooms.
- Inventory: Monitor movement, conduct physical inventories, and identify low-stock or slow-moving items.
- Device Care: Perform routine upkeep on copiers (cleaning glass, clearing jams, replenishing toner/paper).
