Job Summary In this role you will provide customer service to a diverse group of beauty professionals, salons, and individual stylists, as well as internal stakeholders, using the latest technology to deliver outstanding experiences. What You'll Do Directly interact with customers to support them with order taking and resolution, create cases, and provide information within established standard operating procedures and guidelines. Use strong customer‑service skills to provide value‑added services in a timely and accurate manner, creating moments that matter for our customers. Things You're Skilled In Fluent oral and written English; fluent Spanish skills are preferred. Ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries, and difficult issues with tact and professionalism. Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills, including communication with empathy. Exemplary oral and written communication skills; good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within departmental protocols. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. Enthusiasm and interest for all assigned tasks. Experience with Mosaic, Salesforce, SAP, or AWS is preferred. Call center experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalency. Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software and data‑entry experience.
