Job Title: Order to Billing Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 5.3 months with possible extension

Pay Range: $28.00/hr. to $30.00/hr. on W2

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only

What will you do?

• Review and accurately process incoming purchase orders applying Quotations, customer contracts, applying business rules and policies.
• Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems.
• Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions.
• Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process including processing order changes.
• Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash including proactively addressing any potential order/quote issues and billing discrepancies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve customer experience and business results.
• Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives.
• Proactively advise management of any risk to contractual performance.
• Provide timely and detailed communication to all customers' requests.
• Communicate regularly with management on any critical issues or opportunities.
• Assist Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed.

How will you get here?

• High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of four years of customer service experience.
• A 4-year degree with a minimum of one year customer service experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Prior experience performing order entry, order management, and billing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system highly preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily work and stay organized while managing multi-tasks.
• Handle high volume of transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and challenging deadlines.
• Great teammate yet can work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, must be willing to learn.
