We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team. The LPN plays a key role in providing high‑quality nursing care, medication management, and clinical oversight while supporting residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations

• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to RN/Director of Nursing

• Perform nursing assessments and document care accurately and timely

• Provide direct nursing care and respond to medical needs and emergencies

• Collaborate with caregivers, management, and healthcare providers

• Supervise and support caregivers/medication aides as assigned

• Ensure compliance with assisted living policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of [State] , in good standing

• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred

• Knowledge of medication administration and documentation standards

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
