Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the specific mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and your clinical expertise.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices and client-specific factors.

• Facilitate telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies to help clients navigate their mental health challenges, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and support for each client's journey toward recovery.

• Maintain accurate and thorough case documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to additional resources when required, ensuring comprehensive care and support network for clients.

• Engage with clients with warmth and empathy, providing a supportive atmosphere that encourages open communication and trust.

Our client population is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license specific to the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
