Role Description

The University Recruiting Specialist (College Recruiting) is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships as well as identifying intern & entry level talent for the Tyson Foods Enterprise. Other responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleges/universities and professional organizations to create a pipeline of talent for the organization.
• Represent the company at recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and source qualified candidates using sourcing tool kit and techniques to attract top talent to the organization.
• Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP, data mining techniques, and strong scouring capabilities preferred.
• Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; motivated, self-starter; determination to improve and expand corporate programs; ability to be effective with limited resources.

Requirements

• Travel: 5-10 trips a year.
• Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America).
• Pay Range/Rate: $52,000.00 - $88,000.00.
