Remote Customer Care Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is growing and seeking a Specialist, Customer Care Reporting to support the analytical operations of the Customer Care department. The Specialist will understand business processes, support data, and perform analyses and report creation to drive critical decisions, forecast call trends, and improve staffing.
The role includes creating and maintaining performance data for the entire Customer Care team, delivering reports on schedule, ensuring accuracy and regulatory
