Catering Sales Manager

Position Summary: The Senior Catering Sales Manager (Weddings & Social Market Segment) will lead the growth of our weddings and social events business, serving as the primary driver behind social events — from elegant weddings and milestone birthdays to high-end private and social gatherings. This role is responsible for developing catering revenue through a strategic and hands-on sales approach, actively prospecting, cultivating, and closing wedding and social event business while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.Base pay plus uncapped commission. Estimated total income for meeting to exceeding expectations would be from $90,000.00 to $125,000.00+. In addition to the views, we have an amazing culinary experience, and a wide selection of services including a rooftop Helipad for that spectacular departure. We also have 242 guest rooms to accommodate your overnight clients.
