Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Thorough Assessments: Engage clients in thorough assessments to effectively identify their mental health needs, establish diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s goals. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices.

• Crisis Support: Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise documentation of client records, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
