Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing organization in the Elkridge area to find a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating shipments, managing data accurately, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the shipping process.

Coordinate and schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers and shipping partners.

Monitor shipments from origin to destination, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.

Enter and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and shipment information within company systems.

Verify inventory availability and coordinate procurement activities to meet customer requirements.

Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Research and resolve shipment delays, damaged goods, missing inventory, and other logistical challenges.

Review documentation for accuracy and ensure proper processing of orders, invoices, and related paperwork.

Track project milestones and follow up with all parties until orders are successfully completed.

Support account management activities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, logistics, or office support role.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
