Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to clients' unique mental health needs, ensuring progress is measured and documented effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

  Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

  A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

While the minimum requirement stands at three years of experience, candidates with familiarity in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be viewed favorably. Experience working with adolescents and families in a therapeutic setting is particularly advantageous.
