In this role, you will lead a project team to implement client HCM projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. You will manage large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. You will develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally. Collaborate and Connect. You will identify cross-functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams to drive business success. You will lead and influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights which enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects. You’ll use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to approach new situations. Requirements You have at least 10 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience. You have prior work experience leading medium to large cross‑functional and/or multi‑year projects from concept to delivery. You possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies. You guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners. You communicate effectively, both verbal and written. You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability). You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations. You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment. You coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience. Required A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Implementation of large complex SaaS technology platforms. You maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands. You take initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes. You’re process‑oriented with a high attention to details. You’re proficient using Microsoft Office suite and have experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools. You have experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge and understanding of payroll. You have PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
