We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site/Sales Manager who is passionate about leadership, sales, design, and building meaningful customer relationships. This role is instrumental in bringing our company values and purpose to life through exceptional customer experiences, strong operational leadership, and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential

- Closed Sundays and evenings
- Saturdays and early evenings are key retail selling times
Qualifications
- Proven history of success in relationship-based sales
- Strong annual sales performance and conversion rates
- Demonstrated leadership experience with successful team management
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others for success
- High level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Strong eye for design and ability to assist customers with style selections
- Solid math skills and confidence working with measurements, pricing, and estimates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Ability and willingness to learn product knowledge thoroughly and confidently communicate with customers
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail flooring sales location
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-focused customer experience both personally and through team leadership
- Present and sell a wide range of flooring products and solutions
- Build long-term customer loyalty that leads to repeat business and referrals
- Manage pricing, measurements, and sales details with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized sales records to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
- Network within the local business community to generate new sales opportunities
- Coach, lead, and develop the sales team to achieve location goals and objectives
- Uphold and model the culture, values, and standards of McCool’s Flooring
