Job Title

This 12-Month secretarial position is part of the COSA bargaining group. Reports to: Transportation Director Salary Range: $43,379.00 - $44,979.00 Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, FSA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus one year related experience or Associates degree in related discipline plus one year related experience or high school diploma plus three years related experience General knowledge of office equipment and efficient routines and procedures Office skills including: typing, filing, copying, calculator use, recordkeeping ability, statistical typing, ability to compose correspondence Computer literacy including Google docs, sheets, email, Excel, Word, databases, and any other systems/programs specific to assigned department and duties Strong interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work under and adhere to deadlines Shall maintain a level of confidentiality Required criminal history background check and proof of US Citizenship or legal resident alien status Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing Demonstrate appropriate telephone etiquette
