Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Chesterland,OH, US Experience: Mid Level Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year Job Details A Day in This Role You start the day working through a queue of inbound inquiries and quote requests. Mid-morning, you're on the phone with a customer walking them through options for a repair versus replacement, then drafting the formal quote. After lunch, you follow up on quotes sent last week, update the CRM, and coordinate with the Service Manager on a job that needs to be scheduled once the customer signs off. The Role Field inbound calls and quote requests, converting inquiries into scheduled work. Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner. Maintain and update the CRM pipeline for all inside-sales opportunities. Follow up proactively on outstanding quotes to drive conversion. Coordinate closely with the Service Manager and technicians to ensure smooth handoff once a deal closes. Support the outside sales team with administrative and quoting overflow as needed. What You Bring — Must-Haves Prior inside sales, customer service, or phone-based sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with CRM tools and basic quote/proposal preparation. What You Bring — Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with commercial door, dock, or access-control products. Experience quoting service/repair work specifically, rather than only new equipment sales.
