C/W - Document Control Specialist II - Professional

divh2Job Title/h2pThis position is responsible for developing and implementing the necessary infrastructure to efficiently process and secure project-related documentation (i.e., vendor documents, construction documents, quality records, and vital business records) and in developing and implementing cost-effective solutions for project information management. The candidate is also responsible to coordinate and oversee the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and submission for archival of construction work packages. These packages are inclusive of the work orders, drawings, and procedures applicable to the construction work tasks./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform Quality Control of Construction records to ensure compliance with company procedures and processes./liliCoordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately./li/ulh3Required Skills/h3ulliAbility to read and interpret construction records and digital data (as-builts, Bill of materials, pressure test charts, etc.)./liliAbility to perform timely and complete Quality Control (QC) tasks for construction records, strong computer skills, and strong attention to detail./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./liliExperience working in the digital environment and managing a fast-paced portfolio./li/ul/div
