Methuen Construction is seeking an independent IT Support Analyst to join the internal helpdesk. You will provide hands-on and remote IT support across the Northeast, handling complex issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for buildings and infrastructure projects. You will support imaging, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, manage user accounts, and administer Microsoft 365 services.
