Our client in the Manufacturing industry, located in Middlesex County, is looking for a purchasing specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for the following:Creating and sending purchasing orders.Running and reviewing reports.Evaluate and negotiate pricing.Company pricing of goods within the industry and stay up to date.Maintain and review any discrepancies with purchase orders.Timely and effective communicationPerform related job duties as required in assisting purchasing team with any administrative functions.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Business or related field2yrs experience in purchasingProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, mathematical, and research skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Not required but preferred; Netsuite experienceStrong analytical, mathematical, and research skillsIf interested please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
