Job Overview
As a Line Cook / BOH Team Member, you will:
- Prepare and cook food, ensuring the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen
- Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately
- Support the kitchen team and ensure each guest leaves satisfied
- Take on various roles including prep, expediting, and working on the line
Job Description
We are looking for team members who:
- Have a passion for food
- Are highly organized and process-oriented
- Are hands-on and ready to jump in and help teammates
- Are willing to learn and take direction
Requirements
- College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen
- Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Advanced knife handling skills
- Understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
- Strong organizational skills
Average Rate: $18 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)
