A role that offers significant commission-earning potential, the Inside Sales team is critical in generating new business for the company. Business Development Representatives at Luminance are confident, entrepreneurial self-starters with a natural ability to build rapport and open doors with senior decision-makers. Responsibilities Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events Connect with senior decision-makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness Build strong working relationships with customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth Requirements Excellent communication skills Articulate, motivated self-starter with a focus on over-quota performance Right to work in the US Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
