Analyst I

As an Analyst I, you'll be a key support resource for the Business Services Section, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for operational requests, providing customer service while coordinating, routing, and tracking work from intake through completion. You'll support a wide range of functions including workflow coordination, facilities and vendor support, onboarding/offboarding, badging, inventory and asset management, records management, and administrative operations. Using tools such as ServiceNow, FI$Cal, and C-Cure, you'll help connect staff with the resources they need and ensure requests are handled accurately and timely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems and helping others, while making a meaningful contribution to the success of the department.

Please note that to be list appointed for placement in the Analyst I classification, you must take and pass the examination.
