The Central Office Division of the Disability Insurance (DI) Branch is seeking proactive Analyst I / II to provide critical administrative, analytical, and technical support to Division management.

In this essential role, you will serve as a key point of contact for the Division Chief and Central Office managers, handling tasks that are often sensitive and confidential in nature. You will coordinate various functions, track and monitor operational activities, prepare reports and briefing materials, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, perform independent research and analysis, and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with branch leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, supporting initiatives that contribute to the success of the DI and Paid Family Leave programs. Desirable Qualifications

• Experience preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence, memorandums, briefing materials, and executive reports.
• Ability to draft communications on behalf of senior leadership for diverse audiences, including executives, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Skilled in scheduling, coordinating, and managing meetings, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and following up on outcomes.
• Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to prepare reports, workflow analyses, and project schedules.
• Experience participating in workgroups or cross-functional teams, contributing data, reports, and recommendations to achieve objectives.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while interacting with irate or high-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with technology and office tools to support administrative, analytical, and communication tasks (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software, data tracking tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information to senior leaders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle ad hoc assignments and shifting priorities.
