Customer Success Representative

To support a growing community of families, the part-time seasonal Customer Success Representative will provide exceptional service and relationship-building remotely, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement Required qualifications Experience in customer service or a related field Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work 10-30 hours per week with weekend availability preferred Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Willingness to assist with special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
