Competitive Compensation 100% paid Health Benefits by employer 401K Match Work from Home on Friday's Nice blend of Accounting & FP&A Fun Company Events & Great Culture Tremendous Growth Opportunities Exceptional job stability backed by a global institution Direct exposure to senior leadership Job Details What You'll Own: Own the financial oversight and reporting for a portfolio of approximately six real estate assets Oversee financial reporting from third-party property managers, reviewing results, identifying trends, and resolving discrepancies Review joint venture partner reporting and serve as a key financial partner to internal and external stakeholders Partner with Asset Management and Development Management teams to analyze asset performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare consolidated GAAP financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and cash flow analytics to support portfolio planning and investment decisions Optimize and maintain the Yardi accounting platform To Be Considered: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Masters preffered Active CPA license required (or in progress) 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience Public Accounting experience (preferably within Real Estate group) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
