Senior Accountant – M&A Transactions Experience Level: Senior. Salary Range: $100,000 – $117,000 per year. As a Senior Accountant – M&A Transactions, you will serve as a financial architect for our most significant investment activities. This is a specialized role sitting at the intersection of capital deployment, complex investment structuring, and technical financial oversight. Responsibilities Transaction Execution: Own the full-cycle accounting treatment and integration for acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic investment vehicles. Technical Authority: Conduct high-level accounting research (GAAP/IFRS) and draft formal memorandums to support complex investment structures. Strategic Collaboration: Partner intimately with Tax, Investments, and Finance leaders to model outcomes, ensure precise accounting treatment, and drive deal completion. Systems Architecture: Develop and maintain sophisticated estimation models and oversee the configuration of new investment structures within our financial reporting systems. Requirements 3+ years with a Big 4 Firm, specifically audit. Large regional firm experience would also be considered with asset management client experience. CPA is strongly preferred.
