The work setting for this role is a community health clinic that offers outpatient services. Our facility is operational Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities for flexible scheduling within a supportive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will engage in a variety of therapeutic and clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families to determine clinical needs and appropriate interventions.
\n
• Implement graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapy goals.
\n
• Regularly communicate with multidisciplinary teams, documenting and discussing treatment plans to optimize patient care during case rounds and other meetings.
\n
• Effectively manage clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining a timely turnaround.
\n
• Provide case management services, collaborating with external healthcare providers and community resources to deliver coordinated care for assigned patients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while developing customized treatment plans that reflect best practices and the latest clinical guidelines.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse population, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to families navigating complex relational dynamics. In this role, you will support clients from varying backgrounds, enhancing their emotional well-being and equipping them with tools for resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Commit to working between 10 to 40 hours weekly, with flexible session availability.
\n
• Hold a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating relevant applied skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference may be given to those who have:

• Experience with various therapeutic techniques and modalities outside of CBT, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
