Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, determining the best therapeutic approach tailored to their needs.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and interventions in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring ethical and timely completion of all paperwork.

• Engage in active communication with other staff members regarding assessments and treatment strategies, facilitating a cohesive interdisciplinary care plan.

• Provide individualized guidance by implementing evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support patients in achieving their goals.

• Manage casework for assigned patients, collaborating with both hospital and community resources to ensure comprehensive and appropriate care delivery.

• Stay abreast of best practices in clinical social work and mental health counseling through ongoing training and peer collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
