About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of U.S. payroll, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, and will be involved in global payroll initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing all payroll activities, managing a diverse employee population, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. The role also involves process improvement, documentation, and financial reporting, as well as global payroll and cross-functional partnership. Applicants for the Vice President, Payroll position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 7 years' progressive, hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization. A strong background in U.S. multi-state payroll operations is essential, with international or global payroll oversight experience being highly valued.
