Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories, identifying their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches that promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care, discussing case progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage and educate clients’ families to foster their involvement and support in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the holistic understanding of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you'll work with are pre-screened and categorized as stable with low acuity, allowing you to concentrate on providing personalized and effective care. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding adolescents and young adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, ensuring they receive dignified and respectful treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy, specifically targeting adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs) is essential for maintaining client information efficiently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are critical for rapport building and effective documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2 to 3 years of direct experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in either individual or group settings.
