ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of three. I spent two years as a State Farm team member before being offered the opportunity to open my own agency - a dream I've had since high school. My wife and I have five kids, and you'll usually find us at a soccer field, hockey rink, or playing pickleball together.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I serve on the local Chamber of Commerce Board and as a Chamber Ambassador, and our agency enjoys supporting youth athletics, golf outings, and other community events.

As a Customer Service Representative with Andy Mohn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
