Associate Manager / Manager, Project Services - Laboratories (Remote - East Coast)

IQVIA Laboratories seeks experienced laboratory professionals to manage clinical trial projects remotely from award through closeout. This role requires leading study setup, client communication, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality project execution across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects from award through closeout with protocol compliance oversight
• Lead study setup activities including protocol review, startup meetings, and project planning implementation
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and metrics with trend analysis
• Serve as primary client contact for sponsor communications, meetings, and issue escalation
• Develop protocol-specific laboratory documentation and maintain laboratory specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
• 3+ years experience in regulated laboratory environment
• 2+ years managing projects such as study setup or method validation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project delivery systems
• Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clinical research terminology knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-stress environment

Compensation: $64,200.00 - $173,000.00 base pay (annualized)
