Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
\n
• Providing therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Facilitating couple and family sessions to address interpersonal issues and improve communication.
\n
• Specializing in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss issues, job stress, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential client records to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your work will focus on not only the individual but also the family dynamics that often contribute to various behavioral and psychological challenges. You will become a trusted resource for families navigating complex social and emotional issues, helping them find solutions and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Candidates with expertise in working with blended families and those navigating separation and divorce situations will be particularly valued. Flexibility in availability, including willingness to manage a caseload of 30 hours or more per week, is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n
