Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose conditions accurately, followed by creating and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each client, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing progress notes, in alignment with clinic policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, fostering relationships through consistent sessions, providing individual, family, and group therapy as necessary.

• Proactively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to ensure that each client receives integrated care.

• Employ creative therapeutic techniques and interventions that empower clients to meet and exceed their mental health goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while also actively listening to clients’ needs and concerns.

• Prepare and submit required session documentation promptly and in accordance with the clinic’s guidelines.

Qualifications\n
